OUR CLEANING COMMITMENT TO OUR CUSTOMERS

As it has always been, the safety and security of our customers and team members remains our highest priority. As we welcome you back or welcome you for your first time to Erie Canal Adventures, we are committed to providing you with a safe, clean environment that aligns with cleaning and safety protocols and standards. 

Public Spaces

Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency and recommended cleaning agents to disinfect.

Hand Sanitizer

Hand sanitizing pumps are placed at our front desk and other high traffic areas within our building for your use.

Face Masks

Current New York State guideance has lifted the mandatory wearing of facemasks at businesses.  While it is no longer mandatory, it is your choice if you prefer to wear a mask and we honor your choice.

Boat Rental

In our fleet of rental boats, we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean surfaces. We have partnered with a third party cleaning services company to provide the cleaning products, training of our team, and the recommended cleaning standards.  Our cleaning crew follow our detailed cleaning protocols.  Some of our enhanced cleaning standards are highlighted below:

• Extra cleaning of top 10 high touch areas on boats including switches, countertops, handles, and faucets. 
• Professionally outsourced laundry service of bed sheets and towels.
• CleanCook service provides a rotation of dishwasher cleaned kitchen cookware, dishes, glassware & utensils.
